Admission is open
to students (Boys & Girls) who have passed
S.S.L.C / Equivalent Examinations with
eligibility for admission to a course of study
in a College affiliated to the universities of
Kerala. The applicants should not have completed
20 years of age as on the begining of academic
year. The SC/ST students have a relaxation of 2
years and the Deaf and Blind students coming
from Deaf and Blind schools have a relaxation of
5 years in the age limit.

Application Forms |
|
Application Forms are supplied from the school
office at a minimal cost. Submit the duly filled
admission forms together with copy of certificate to
prove age attested by a Gazetted Officer / Head
Master of a High School
at School Office on time. Belated/defective
applications will be summarily rejected.

Note:
1. Out of the General Merit 3
% shall be reserved for the physically handicapped (out of which
1 % for Blind) and 5 % to outstanding sportmen/women (State/District
Level) with certificate from district sports council.
2. If adequate number of SC/ST
students are not available in the quota fixed, the remaining seats
will be allotted to OEC.
3. The seats under Community
Merit will be allotted to the Syro Malabar Catholics in Diocese
and for that, a separate application form can be had from the School
Office free of cost.
4. The application form to apply
for the seats under Mangement Quota can be had from the local Manager,
residing at St.Thomas Cathedral Church, Irinjalakuda. |

|
Applicants will be ranked on the basis of the marks
in the qualifying examination.

N.B: A deduction of
5 marks will be made per additional chance taken for acquiring
S.S.L.C./equivalent qualifying exam. If tie occurs, rankng will
be done by adding marks in english to the above index marks. |

Names of
the provisionally selected candidates will be duly
published in the School Notice Board with
particulars of their ranks and date & time of
interview. ALso they will be intimated through memo
card/inland sent by post. The office will not be
responsible for the non-receipt of the memo by post.
So the applicants are advised to see the Notice
Board to verify their selection.

ENROLMENT
Selected candidates should appear for interview at
the prescribed time accompanied by the guardian with
the following documents in original.
1. Memo Card/Inland
2. Transfer Certificate
3. S.S.L.C. Certificate
4. Conduct Certificate from the Institution last
attended
5. Income Certificate (if eligible for fee
concession)
6. Community Certificate for SC/ST students
7. Income and Community Certificate (if OBC/OEC
